According to the food journal I've been keeping, I'm losing 30 pounds. Too bad I'm not trying to lose weight. Any of you out there who struggle to keep the pounds off, please know that it's just as much of a struggle to keep the body's energy up (for some of us).
In an effort to understand why my mood swings, I started a food journal. I'm getting between 1200 and 1800 calories per day. That'd probably be great, if I were trying to lose weight and if I had all my nutrients in really good balance.
Sheesh, there are even days where I take in a mere 900 calories.
I guess I forget to eat when I'm stressed.
