So I've started my habit again.
I've been trying to release my allergies, but couldn't find the path. Long ago I released my allergy to down feathers, so I know it's possible. In any case, I have finally decided that a cup of coffee, half in the morning and half around lunch, is probably enough to reap the antihistimine benefits, without seriously changing my brain chemistry. We'll see.
