Re-plumb

Remodeling, for me, is a dance between budget, doing the job right, expediency, and skill (or lack thereof). I'm in the middle of re-plumbing a tough job that I've been avoiding since we moved in. I'm right at the crux between doing a kluge and doing it right. Balance point: quick? Cheap? Finished? Or slightly longer, a few more dollars, finished later?

I like correcting mistakes made by previous owners. I feel pretty good about choosing to do the job right.I'm tired, I was filthy an hour ago, and the job's only half done, but I feel good.
