Shelter

This is the view from the corridor of our new motel room at the Economy Inn. Everyone else thinks it is a shabby motel, but I like it more than Motel 6 because it has more character. Motel 6 is hospital like, smelling of disinfectant, impersonal, boxy, flourescent. Motel 6 is not homey. But this little motel is very sweet. Someone without a lot of technical expertise or funds is doing their very best to make the Economy Inn an inviting place. Instead of disinfectant, the room smells of cigarettes . The motel is built on a slope, so the motel is sloped. Very sweet.
