Myers Motors NmG

Myers Motors NmG is now selling!

"Not often does a generation have the ability, by its choices, to affect the course of history. We are at one of those turning points in history where the transportation choices we make today will affect, for decades to come, our personal freedom of movement, the environment and the politics of global energy. [The future of transportation] is not complicated fuel cells that will require a $0.5 trillion infrastructure. [The] future is something that none of the major car companies are working on …funtelligent, all-electric, personal transportation!"

--Dana S. Myers, President Myers Motors

  1. NEWS RELEASE---
    Myers Motors Unveils
the NmG (No More Gas) Electric Vehicle

TALLMADGE, OH—As oil companies drilled U.S. consumers for more than $3 a gallon for fuel this Fall, craftsmen at Myers Motors LLC put the finishing touches on the company’s all-electric, highway-legal vehicle.

Today, the company’s NmG (No More Gas) electric vehicle is ready to take drivers on a “funtelligent” trip into the future.

Myers Motors devoted more than a year enhancing key components of the vehicle, a descendent of the ground-breaking Sparrow manufactured by Corbin Motors. Myers Motors’ NmG keeps its ancestor’s stunning exterior unchanged while almost everything under its sleek shell has been upgraded to improve reliability and performance.

The single-passenger, three-wheeled vehicle has outstanding acceleration, can reach speeds of 70 mph and has a range of 30 miles between charges. A unique driving experience is gained through the NmG’s low center of gravity and its power being delivered via the single rear wheel.

“The NmG fits the way Americans use their cars,” said Dana Myers, president of Myers Motors. “Research shows that 87 percent of all commutes are less than 20 miles and 93 percent of those commutes are with one person only in the vehicle.”

The company calculates that a driver charged 11 cents per kilowatt will pay about 55 cents for the “fill up” that powers the NmG about 30 miles. The pollution-free NmG can be fully recharged in 4 to 6 hours using a 110-volt outlet and less than half that time using a 220-volt outlet.

Priced at $35,000, the NmG comes in dazzling exterior colors. Standard amenities include:
    · Adjustable bucket seat
    · AM/FM/CD Radio
    · Power Window
    · Accessory Outlets
    · 6-cubic-foot trunk
    · Heater

The smile it puts on a driver’s face comes standard, too.

For more information about the NmG vehicle, contact Myers Motors at 330-630-3768 or www.myersmotors.com.

Myers Motors’ team of workers proudly hand-builds each of these “vehicles of the future” using old fashioned American quality and pride. The vehicles are built at Myers Motors’ production facility in Tallmadge, Ohio, a small community near Akron.
