When did I help catch this swarm of bees? Was it really just three months ago?
I was tending the hive and only got through about 5 top bars before I had to take a break. I removed several pieces of comb that the bees had merged across top bars (I'm still helping the hive recover from being in the too-small box I made immediately after transporting them). We had an impromptu honey party at the neighbors, plus I collected two jars of North Oakland Honey!
Okay, is it "wild" honey? Or hyphy honey?
