We bought a wonderful 3/4 guitar for my son at Thin Man String Co. Nicholas has been taking lessons; sometime I'll write about his latest recital. Right now, a quick plug for the Thin Man. Nick broke a string, peddled his bike over to Webster Street, and bought a new string. Larry White, the proprietor, sold him a string, showed him how to replace it, and then tuned the guitar.
Would I be gracious enough to spend that kind of time over a 60c sale? It must be that Larry really does care about the music.
