Were you thinking good thoughts for me? For my family? For our housing situation and opportunity? Well, my bloggy friends, thank you. I just spoke with the homeowner, and she's decided that she's worn out and won't be putting the house on the market until January at the earliest. So I have a couple of months now, to find and secure a partner to help buy into and develop this home of the future.
Upheavel delayed, might be unpheavel avoided! We'll see.
